Final 112 Steakhouse Twoonie Road Race this Wednesday, Sep 3

The fifth and final race in the RCA 112 Steakhouse Road Race Series is this Wednesday evening. The race is an Individual Time Trial on a course of 16km which is out and back to the end of the pavement on Westside Road from near Hwy 1. Follow this link for the details. Race registration is at the pull-out parking area at the corner of Hwy 1 and Westside Road from 5:30pm with the first riders starting from 5.45pm. All participants require club insurance through Cycling BC - if this is your first race please bring proof of insurance with you. If you have a number from previous races please bring it with you as well. This is a fun race for all levels of riders.Anyone who participates in at least 3 out of the 5 road events will be included in the draw for the twoonie prize pot at the end of the season. As well if you participate in at least 4 RCA events (of any type) you will be eligible for the year end prize draw which includes a day of cat skiing with RMR, a two night summer stay at Sol Mountain Lodge, 3 x $100 gift certificates to Flowt courtesy of Bob Dickson Carpentry and an Outdoor Research prize package.
