Theroad deactivate caution RCA Board of Directors has been informed by Stella Jones Logging  Company that unless something changes Stella Jones are planning to deactivate the logging road on Boulder Mtn. just past the 4 km mark. That would potentially remove access to the upper trails on Boulder.

Stella Jones is holding an open house at the Rec Centre on Wednesday, Sep. 24 from 3pm to 7pm. The RCA would like to encourage as many members as possible to attend the open house to find out what Stella Jones is planning and to voice your concerns. One solution may be to encourage the Ministry of Forests to take over maintenance of the logging road so access is not lost to this important recreational area.road decommission
