Mount Revelstoke Steamer Hill Climb set for Aug. 3

The 2014 edition of the Steamer hill climb will be held on Sunday, August 3rd, with the first starter leaving the gate at 5:30 PM for a 27 kilometre climb. It is an evening event, coinciding with the centennial year of  Mount Revelstoke National Park.

Organized by Flowt Bikes, there is $1,400 of prize money up for grabs, with prize money going to the top three placings in mens over 40 and under 40, and womens over 40 and under 40. Other sponsors include the City of Revelstoke, the Revelstoke Railway Museum and La Baguette and the many volunteers that help out.For more information, and to register, visit the Flowt website.
