2024 RCA AGM Recap

The Revelstoke Cycling Association held a successful AGM on Monday, Nov. 25. Members heard from the Board and Staff about the RCA’s operations in 2024 and got a look forward at 2025. Check out our slideshow for a summary of our presentation.

A Special Resolution was approved that changes our Bylaws to reflect the adoption of Hivepass. Notably, annual memberships no longer expire on Dec. 31. Instead, they now last a full year from date of purchase. The second change specifies that only Annual members may vote at the AGM.

Finally, we elected a new Board of Directors:

  • Steven Mulcahy was acclaimed and will return to the Board as Vice-president/Secretary

  • Jacqueline Gallagher was re-elected and will return as Membership Director

  • Kory Dumas was re-elected and will return as Trail Maintenance Director

  • Harrison Salisbury was re-elected and will return as Trail Construction Director

  • Kate Roberts was elected to the board and will take on the role of Events Director.

We would like to thank Ashley Borlase, who stepped down after four years as Events Director.
